Physical activity and exercise can help you stay healthy, energetic and independent as you get older.

Hi my name is Roger and I offer 1-1 Personal Training or group exercise sessions at The Gym Hove or in a non gym environment at Sea Lanes on Brighton sea front. I am a qualified Personal Trainer and specialise in Exercise Referral for hypertension, depression, obesity, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, back pain, diabetes II, anxiety and stress. I am also qualified in Older Adult exercise which takes in to account the changes the body goes through as we age.

This may be your first steps after a period of non activity through immobility, general health, lack of time or illness. If you have made the decision to take that first step back into exercise, rest assured everything is tailored to your needs. We'll work through range of movement, balance and strength, keeping it fun and interactive, challenging at times, but well worth it in the long run.

My costs: Consultation is free / 1-1 training £30 per hr / £25 for 45 min / £18 for 1/2hr / for groups please contact me.

Situated at Sea Lanes on Maderia Drive, its the big yellow box, you cant miss it! Parking is £1 per hour
